A unified movement is better than a fragmented one. Today, the student movement to end extreme poverty is ill-equipped and ineffective because of its lack of synergy. The impact students will have if they work together to raise awareness, share ideas and practices, pressure policy makers, and take collective action will be profound. The MCN's innovative model will harness the passion of student leaders and change-makers, and will build a generation of leaders who are equipped with the tools they need to make ending extreme poverty a reachable goal within our lifetime.

MCN Advisor Dr. Paul Farmer addresses student leaders at the inaugural Millennium Campus Conference.
The Millennium Campus Network (MCN) is a national network of student organizations dedicated to the eradication of extreme poverty and the achievement of the UN Millennium Development Goals.
